Healthcare

A prestigious Midwest healthcare system comprised of fourteen hospitals.  They implemented eCareView Healthcare Billing PortalSM to provide EBP services to patients, and a single-payment system for customer service agents and patient financial counselors. Patients access the site directly, or through the portal from which they obtain clinical information.

The results:  In less than six months, payment volume had reached more than 14,000 per month. Of these, more than half were being made by patients online, negating the need for customer service intervention. As a result, customer service workload decreased and customer satisfaction increased.

 A major healthcare system in the Southwest.This network implemented ePayPoint Cash Receipts ServiceSM to collect all types of payments at all locations in their system. In addition to patient service payments, funds for classes, rental equipment, corporate leases and contributions are all taken through this single system and posted to multiple billing and general ledger systems.

One of the nation’s leading independent wholesale distributors of security products and services that provides equipment to security professionals from coast to coast. This firm implemented eInvoice Billing Service - EIPPSM to provide customers with EBP options through an established customer portal. In addition, they needed all payments taken by customer service agents to be provided in a single file for posting to their billing system. This included POS payments as well as payments taken over the phone.
